At present, master data creation is done manually in Excel, leading to errors and delay. We have signed with Karomi artworks and workflow management system, for automating this entire process with real-time visibility of various processes involved in new product creation. We are automating some of the associated processes involving workflow during the project.

“For a packaging company, a minor change in the text of the carton by our customer will require new SKU creation at back-end SAP. There are multiple approvals and departments involved in new SKU creation such as sales, prepress, purchase, costing, plant production and master data team.
The company is now looking at migrating its SAP system to HANA which SAP ASP is being implemented at the firm for GST.
